Job Description

Main Job Duties: Follow preset tasks to analyze issue/problem in order to identify the software problem. Implements software application at the client site(ERP including HR and accounting modules). Business & Technically presenting the system in a sales presentation Participates in training end users on Business Application at customers’ site Communicate the issue/problem to the developer team to ensure an effective solution. Provide preset internal reports for departments to ensure smooth working operations. Test any project or issue with the user and create a test case to ensure business continuity. Follow up with developers the progress of the testing phase to guarantee proper support & implantation to the project with end users. Other Tasks Provide all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager. Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment, and road safety management system. Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree, computer science or faculty of engineering computer division preferable. 1-3 years’ experience in the support function. Familiar And Ability To Work with SQL Server IIS Knowledge Software development skills are plus Ability to work with ERP Systems Problem-solving, Communication, and analytical skills. Good command of the English language PC Software and Hardware diagnoses skills is a must Basic network troubleshooting is a must Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it. Ability to work under pressure Ability to learn Organized and systematic
