Whistleblowing is a fundamental element for safeguarding the Bank’s professional integrity and reinforcing the value it places on employees to be respectful members, honest to their profession and the community at large. Generally, it is a mechanism that enables all Bank employees to report irregularities or serious malpractices at work in good faith, without fearing that their action may have adverse consequences on them. In all cases, those who report such illegal and suspicious activities will be appropriately protected, and their identity will remain anonymous
